Disappointed

I wasn't particularly impressed with my experience with Urban Jungle. I booked a delivery of flowers for a colleague going through some health challenges. Two weeks after placing the order, I spoke to my colleague and she said she hadn't recieved anything. Following up with Urban Jungle, I was told the delivery had been missed. Disappointingly, there seemed to be no real apology from the person I spoke to - just acknowledgement that the order had been missed. The flowers were promptly redelivered and a bag of chocolates included as a makegood (which is why I've gone for two stars instead of one), however I was still left with a bit of a sour taste at the lack of a genuine apology.

I wish you had taken a photo of the flowers and vase and sent them to me for reference. I did not see what you sent, only advised that it would be smaller than planned as I requested a vase (?)
Pls consider attaching a photo to your message in the future if you want my opinion.
