Planthood 101

Just like children, show them your love and you'll reap the rewards.

Most plants we sell are hardy low maintenance creatures (wish I could say that about my partner) and with the right care and attention, you'll keep the happy and healthy. It's quite normal for them to experience slight stress as they adjust to their new abode, but if you refer to some of the following advice, you'll be on your way to becoming the perfect plant parent!

Let there be LIGHT!

As a general rule, most plants need some light to live. Most indoor plants do best in bright indirect light. That is, not direct sun that can cause their leaves to burn. So keep them far enough away from a window to prevent harm. Try some different locations in your home. Depending on the plant, you'll get a feel for how it thrives in different spots around your home.
